Can I login to watch On Demand Training videos from any computer with my username and password, or am I limited to a single computer?

You can login to view on demand videos from any computer as long as you are connected to the Internet. However, you can only be logged into the site on one computer at a time. Is there a limit to how many times I can watch a video?

You can watch any video as many times as you like while your subscription is active.

What are the system requirements to watch on demand videos?

Graphics.com/Learning On Demand Training videos are Flash-based and hosted on our servers so you don't need to download to view. The higher your bandwidth, the better your viewing experience. You will need Flash v 8 or greater to be able to watch video. To download the latest version of flash player, go to www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html

How come I can watch the first part of the video but not the rest?

If you can only play the intro section of an on demand video, that most likely means you are not logged in. You must have an active On Demand Training subscription and be logged in to watch an entire video.

How can I change my password or change anything else regarding my subscription?
